This policy explains what personal data DivaFinder collects, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it. It applies to divafinder.com and the “Find your model” feature.

Who we are

DivaFinder (“we”, “us”) is an OnlyFans creator discovery engine. For any privacy question or request, contact us at contact@divafinder.com. DivaFinder is not affiliated with or owned by OnlyFans.com.

What data we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us. When you submit the “Find your model” form, we collect your email address and the preferences you enter — the niches, style keywords, budget and location you are interested in — along with your confirmation that you are 18 or older. We do not ask for, and you should not send us, any additional personal information.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

We use this information for one purpose: to email you a personalised shortlist of creators matching your request, and, where relevant, occasional related recommendations. The legal basis for this processing is your consent, which you give by ticking the confirmation box before submitting the form. You can withdraw that consent at any time (see “Your rights” below).

How long we keep it

We keep your data only as long as needed to provide these recommendations, and no longer than 24 months after your last interaction with us, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data, and we never share it for third-party advertising. We rely on a small number of service providers strictly to operate the site: Resend to deliver our emails and Vercel to host the website. These providers process data only on our behalf. We may disclose data if legally required to do so.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and applicable law, you can request access to your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, or to unsubscribe from our emails, email contact@divafinder.com and we will act on your request. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).

Age restriction

DivaFinder is intended only for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has contacted us, email contact@divafinder.com and we will delete the data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date.
